Hairy Oak and Budgeroo often grow together. This highly decorative timber is well known to woodturners, woodcarvers and furniture makers.  

The Hairy Oak tree grows into many different shapes and sizes. The trunks are usually fluted, which can enhance items made by woodturners.

The logs below right can be milled for fine furniture use.

The bright flames of Hairy Oak can be seen in the polished finish of the small profile sculpture below right and the spiral branch below left.
